Why is it correct to say「私の父の仕事は会社員(かいしゃいん)です」, not correct to say「先生(せんせい)の父(ちち)の仕事(しごと)は何(なん)ですか」? And, why Japanese people say just the family name of their boss when they are calling in the office? The answer is that there is the Japanese unique concept "Uchi" and "Soto" ,which has gave us the influence!!

なぜ、「先生(せんせい)の父(ちち)の仕事(しごと)は何(なん)ですか」は間違(まちが)いなのに、「私の父の仕事は会社員(かいしゃいん)です」は正(ただ)しいのでしょうか？ また、なぜ電話(でんわ)をしている時(とき)に上司(じょうし)を呼(よ)び捨(す)てにするのでしょうか？ それは、日本社会(しゃかい)に存在(そんざい)する「ウチとソト」という概念(がいねん)が影響(えいきょう)を与(あた)えているからなのです！！
