Eligible person
まず、対象(たいしょう)となるのは、「日本語(にほんご)もしくは英語(えいご)が話(はな)せる方(かた)」、そして「全(すべ)てのひらがな・カタカナが読(よ)めて、かつ書(か)ける方」です。
First of all, the eligible person is the student who can speak Japanese or English, and who can read/write all of Hiragana and Katakana.
ひらがなとカタカナの習得(しゅうとく)がまだ終(お)わっていない方(かた)はご参加(さんか)いただけませんのでご注意(ちゅうい)ください。
The students who haven’t finished learning Hiragana and Katakana can’t join to my class, please pay attantion.
Free counselling
授業（じゅぎょう）をする前（まえ）に、まずは無料（むりょう）のカウンセリングを最大（さいだい）40分間（よんじゅっぷんかん）Zoomで行（おこな）います。
Before you take a class, I’ll hold a counselling with no charge on Zoom for 40 minutes at the longest.
あなたがどんな勉強（べんきょう）や練習（れんしゅう）をしたいのか、どの曜日（ようび）のどの時間帯（じかんたい）なら授業が受（う）けられるか等（など）を教（おし）えてください！
Please tell me what and how you want to study or practice, and which day of week and time zone you can take a lesson and so on!
しかし、上手（じょうず）に話（はな）せなくても構（かま）いませんので、できるだけ日本語でお答（こた）えください。
However, it doesn’t matter if you can’t speak well, please tell me with Japanese as much as possible.

では、レッスンのコースをご紹介（しょうかい）します。
Conversation Class (Beginner to Advanced)
まずは、会話（かいわ）の授業（じゅぎょう）です。ただのお喋（しゃべ）りではなく、会話がより上手（じょうず）になるようにするための内容（ないよう）になります。
First, I’ll tell you about the class of conversation. We don’t do just a chat, but you can study and practice to make your Japanese better.
教科書（きょうかしょ）は、「見て・きいて・わかる 会話式日本語文法【横山式（よこやましき）日本語ダイレクトメソッド】入門編（にゅうもんへん）～上級編（じょうきゅうへん）」です。
The textbook is 「見て・きいて・わかる 会話式日本語文法【横山式（よこやましき）日本語ダイレクトメソッド】入門編（にゅうもんへん）～上級編（じょうきゅうへん）」.
教材（きょうざい）は私が用意（ようい）してZoomの画面（がめん）で共有（きょうゆう）しますので、あなたが購入（こうにゅう）する必要（ひつよう）はありません。
I’m ready that textbook and share with you on Zoom, so you don’t have to buy that.
また、私のオリジナル教材・“Mika Panda Method”も使用（しよう）する予定（よてい）です。授業（じゅぎょう）終了後（しゅうりょうご）にデータを送（おく）りますので、ぜひ復習（ふくしゅう）のために使（つか）ってください。

中級（ちゅうきゅう）・上級の方（かた）の教科書は、レベルやリクエストに合（あ）わせて購入（こうにゅう）いたします。
I’ll buy the textbooks for middle and advanced classes depend on the student’s level and request.
Grammer(N5~N3)
N5からN3レベルまでの初級（しょきゅう）文法（ぶんぽう）は、「みんなの日本語Ⅰ・Ⅱ」を使（つか）って行（おこな）います。
For the grammer class for beginners from N5 to N3, I’ll use 「みんなの日本語Ⅰ・Ⅱ」 as the textbook.
教材（きょうざい）は私が用意（ようい）してZoomの画面（がめん）で共有（きょうゆう）しますので、あなたが購入（こうにゅう）する必要（ひつよう）はありません。
I’m ready that textbook and share with you on Zoom, so you don’t have to buy that.
しかし、必要であれば購入しても大丈夫（だいじょうぶ）です。
However, if it’s better to buy, it doesn’t matter.
また、同（おな）じく“Mika Panda Method”も使用（しよう）する予定（よてい）です。
And, I’ll use “Mika Panda Method” too.
The class for “Keigo”
また、「敬語(けいご)」を正確(せいかく)に理解(りかい)し、習得(しゅうとく)するためのクラスもご用意(ようい)いたしました！
And then, I’ve established the class to understand and learn correctly “Keigo”!
使用(しよう)テキストは、上(うえ)の写真(しゃしん)の「にほんご敬語トレーニング」です。
The textbook to use is “Nihongo Keigo Training” of the upper picture.

但(ただ)し、このクラスは初級(しょきゅう)の文法(ぶんぽう)を全(すべ)て習得した方(かた)が対象(たいしょう)になりますので、ご注意(ちゅうい)ください！
However, this class is for students who have finished all of the grammers for beginners, please pay attantion!
The class for JLPT (N5 to N1)
もちろん、ご要望（ようぼう）があれば日本語能力(のうりょく)検定(けんてい)試験(しけん)の対策(たいさく)も可能(かのう)です！
Of course it’s possible to counter for JLPT if you want!
あなたのリクエスト次第（しだい）で、読解(どっかい)・聴解(ちょうかい)・語彙(ごい)・文法(ぶんぽう)のいずれか、もしくは全（すべ）ての練習(れんしゅう)と解説(かいせつ)を行（おこな）います。
You can decide to practice which or all of them; reading, listening, vocabulary, and grammer and I expound.
教材（きょうざい）は私が用意（ようい）してZoomの画面（がめん）で共有（きょうゆう）しますので、あなたが購入（こうにゅう）する必要（ひつよう）はありません。
I’m ready that textbook and share with you on Zoom, so you don’t have to buy that.

Time and Charge
次（つぎ）に、授業（じゅぎょう）の時間（じかん）と料金（りょうきん）についてです。
Next, I’ll tell you about a time and a charge for my lesson.
１時間（いちじかん）のクラスは、前半（ぜんはん）３０分（さんじゅっぷん）→１０分（じゅっぷん）休憩（きゅうけい）→後半（こうはん）３０分の計（けい）１時間１０分となります。
In the case of 1 hour class, the first half 30 minutes → 10 minutes break time → the second half 30 minutes; totally it takes 1 hour and 10 minutes.
後半の授業（じゅぎょう）を始（はじ）める前（まえ）に、再度（さいど）Zoomのミーティングにメールで招待（しょうたい）いたしますので、そちらのURLからご入室（にゅうしつ）ください。
Before starting the second half of the class, I’ll send you an Email to invite the Zoom meeting, so please come in from that URL.
文法（ぶんぽう）・敬語(けいご)・JLPTについては、私が授業（じゅぎょう）の準備（じゅんび）をしなければならないため、会話（かいわ）の授業よりも割高（わりだか）になっています。
For Grammer and JLPT class, it’s more expencive than a conversation class because I have to ready for these class.
また、こちらは2023年（にせん/にじゅう/さん/ねん）４月（しがつ）現在（げんざい）の料金（りょうきん）となっています。後日（ごじつ）変動（へんどう）する可能性（かのうせい）がありますので、予（あらかじ）めご了承（りょうしょう）ください。
And then, they are the present charges in April 2023. Please note that there is a possibility to change the prices.
お支払（しはら）いは、私からのEメールに添付（てんぷ）された『Square』の請求書（せいきゅうしょ）で行（おこな）ってください。
For payment, I will send you an E-mali with the bill of “Square”.
このような請求書をメールに添付いたしますので、VISA,、Master Card、JCB、 AMERICAN EXPRESS、Diners Club、もしくはDISCOVERのクレジットカードまたはデビットカードにてお支払いをお願（ねが）いいたします。
I’ll attach the bill like that, so please pay by your credit card or devit card of VISA, Master Card, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, and DISCOVER.
The announce of the campaing
次（つぎ）に、「友達（ともだち）キャンペーン」についてのお知らせです。

もしあなたが１回（いっかい）以上（いじょう）授業（じゅぎょう）を受（う）けており、友達に私の授業を紹介（しょうかい）して、あなたの友達が授業を２回以上受けてくださったら、あなたには１時間分（いちじかんぶん）の授業料（じゅぎょうりょう）を無料（むりょう）でプレゼントいたします！！
If you take my lesson over once and you introduce it to your friend, then if your friend also take my lesson over twice, I’ll give you an 1 hour lesson(Twice of 30 minutes lesson) with no charge!!
このキャンペーンを利用（りよう）する場合（ばあい）は、必（かなら）ずメールにお互（たが）いのニックネームもしくはツイッターのユーザー名（めい）を記載（きさい）するようお願いいたします。そして、あなたと、あなたの友達の両方（りょうほう）が私にメールを送（おく）ってください。
If you do that, please write you and your friend’s Nickname or Twitter User Name on the E-mail. And either you and your friend need to send an E-mail for me.

About a reservation
The way how to make a reservation
①Eメールで受講（じゅこう）の希望（きぼう）と授業（じゅぎょう）を受（う）けたい日時（にちじ）をお伝（つた）えください。１回分（いっかいぶん）だけではなく、１週間分（いっしゅうかんぶん）、もしくは一ヵ月分（いっかげつぶん）でも構（かま）いません。
Please let me know that you want to take a lesson and your preffered date by sending an E-mail. Not only just for once, but also for a week, for a month!
②メールを確認（かくにん）したら、まず予定（よてい）の調整（ちょうせい）をするために返信（へんしん）します。
After checking your E-mail, I’ll reply you to manage our schedule.
③予定が決（き）まったら、そのメールアドレスに請求書（せいきゅうしょ）を送（おく）ります。メールを受（う）け取（と）った時間（じかん）から48時間（よんじゅうはち/じかん）以内（いない）にお支払（しはら）いをお願（ねが）いいたします。４８時間以内にお支払いがなかった場合（ばあい）は自動（じどう）キャンセルとなりますのでご注意（ちゅうい）ください。
After deciding our schedule, I’ll send the bill to your E-mail address. Please finish to pay in 48 hours from the time when you receive my E-mail. If you don’t pay in 48 hours, it will be cancelled automatically, so please pay attention.
④お支払（しはら）いができたら、予約（よやく）完了（かんりょう）です！ 当日（とうじつ）の授業（じゅぎょう）開始（かいし）５分前（ごふんまえ）までにZoomのURLをメールで送（おく）りますので、授業開始時間（じかん）までにご入室ください。
After finishing a payment, it’s done to make a reservation! I’ll send you an E-mail with Zoom URL until before 5 minutes by the starting time of lesson, please come in until the starting time.

Cancellation policy
Basic case
残念（ざんねん）ながら授業（じゅぎょう）をキャンセルしなければいけなくなってしまった場合（ばあい）は、早（はや）めのご連絡（れんらく）をメールでお願（ねが）いいたします。
If you have to cancel the reservation unfortunatelly, please let me know by E-mail as soon as possible.
４日前（よっかまえ）までなら、キャンセル料金（りょうきん）は必要（ひつよう）ありません。全額（ぜんがく）返金（へんきん）いたします。
Until before 4 days, I don’t need a cancellation charge. I’ll pay back all of the charge.
しかし、３日前（みっかまえ）からはキャンセル料金が発生（はっせい）しますので、くれぐれもお気をつけください。50％（ごじゅっパーセント）の場合（ばあい）は半額（はんがく）返金（へんきん）いたしますが、100％（ひゃくパーセント）の場合は返金いたしません。
But if you cancel from before 3 days, please note that you have to pay a cacellation charge. In the case of 50%, I’ll pay back a half of the charge. And in the case of 100%, I won’t pay back.
ただし、Squareの手数料（てすうりょう）が発生（はっせい）してしまうので、自己都合（じこつごう）によるキャンセルの100％（ひゃくパーセント）もしくは50％（ごじゅっパーセント）返金（へんきん）の金額（きんがく）が、実際（じっさい）の金額よりも少（すこ）し少（すく）なくなってしまいます。予（あらかじ）めご了承（りょうしょう）ください。
However, there is a handling charge of “Square” to pay back cancellation charge in the case of 100 % or 50%, that’s why the amount of money is less than an actual price. Please note that previously.
しかし、ご家族（かぞく）やご親戚（しんせき）・ご友人（ゆうじん）の危篤（きとく）や葬儀（そうぎ）、ご自身（じしん）の体調不良（たいちょうふりょう）など、やむを得（え）ない事情（じじょう）があった場合（ばあい）は、それが証明（しょうめい）できる写真（しゃしん）や文書（ぶんしょ）などを添付（てんぷ）してメールでお伝（つた）えください。それは後日（ごじつ）でも構（かま）いません。
But, in the case of critical condition or funeral of your family, relatives and friends, or a physical deconditioning of yourself, please let me know by sending an E-mail with some pictures or documents to prove that. It doesn’t matter if you send me an E-mail after the lesson day.
Substitute the schedule
また、お支払（しはら）いの後（あと）でも、キャンセルではなく日程（にってい）の振替（ふりかえ）ができれば、キャンセル料（りょう）は必要（ひつよう）ありません。
And, even after the payment, I don’t need the cancellation charge if we can substitute the schedule.
しかし、振替をしたい場合（ばあい）も、できるだけ早（はや）くメールでご連絡（れんらく）をお願（ねが）いいたします。
However, please let me know by E-mail as soon as possible if you want to change the schedule, too.
In the case of delay
日本人は遅刻（ちこく）に厳（きび）しいので、私も容赦（ようしゃ）はいたしませんよ！
Because Japanese people are strict in delay, I don’t forgive it too!
授業（じゅぎょう）開始（かいし）時間（じかん）に５分（ごふん）以内（いない）に遅（おく）れた場合（ばあい）は、授業を行（おこな）います。ただし、授業料（じゅぎょうりょう）は100％頂（いただ）きます。
If you’re late in 5 minutes, I’ll do my lesson. However, I take 100% of a lesson charge.
そして、5分以上（いじょう）遅（おく）れた場合（ばあい）は、授業は自動キャンセルとなります。返金もいたしませんので十分（じゅうぶん）ご注意（ちゅうい）ください。
And if you’re delay over 5 minutes, the lesson will be cancelled automatically and I won’t pay back. Please be carefully about it.
If I can’t do a lesson
一方（いっぽう）で、当日（とうじつ）に私が体調（たいちょう）を崩（くず）したりといった理由（りゆう）で授業（じゅぎょう）ができなくなってしまった場合（ばあい）は、なるべく早（はや）く連絡（れんらく）いたします。当然（とうぜん）ながら授業料（じゅぎょうりょう）は100％お返（かえ）しいたしますのでご安心（あんしん）ください。
On the other hands, if I can’t do a lesson because of illness or something on the lesson day, I’ll send you an E-mail as soon as possibe. And of course I’ll pay back 100% of a lesson charge, don’t worry about it.
もしくは、日程（にってい）の振替（ふりかえ）をお願（ねが）いいたします。
Or, please substitute the schedule.
